FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

1. Press ”Log in” in top right corner

2. Click “Forgotten your password?”

3. Fill in the email you used to sign up with

4. After a short time, you will receive an email

5. Follow the link to reset your password.

Note: If you automatically get logged in on www.copenhellcrew.dk after using the link, then you must change your password in your profile settings.

YOUR SHIFTS

Log in and select “My Shifts”

When your shifts are published, you can see them here.

Here, you can see the following: where to meet, when to meet, what shifts you have been assigned, the name of the shift etc.

IMPORTANT!!

This is the place where you must accept your shifts. You have to do that before May 15th.

You must accept your shifts, if you can’t, then you must contact your team leader, so you can find a solution together.

You cannot resign by just not accepting your shifts. If you want to resign you have to do it through Copenhellcrew before June 1st.

If you should see any problems with your shifts, please contact your team leader as quickly as possible, so that they may help resolve the problem.

FIND YOUR TEAMLEADER

Login and select “My teams”

Under “Teamleaders” you can see the name(s) of your teamleader(s).

Should you have any questions regarding your shifts, for instance regarding preparation, changing a shift etc., you can ask your teamleader(s).

Some teams may be so large that the teamleader has a more coordinative role. Therefore, not everyone will meet their teamleader from www.copenhellcrew.dk. but you will still be assigned a specific person/leader during your shift.

SUBMIT PICTURES OF LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES

1. Log in and select ”Profile”.

2. Select "Edit member"

3. Scroll down to the certificate you are planning to upload.

4. Make sure you have the picture ready and on your computer.

MY TICKET

Log in and select “My ticket” Here your ticket will be available, when you have received and accepted all your shifts.

We recommend that you download the ticket on your phone or print it out.

Remember to “exchange” the ticket for a wristband before your first shift!!

RESIGN AS VOLUNTEER – UNTIL JUNE 1st.

Log in and select "Profile"

Underneath your personal information you will have the option to resign as volunteer. This is only an option until June 1st.

If you regret resigning as volunteer, send an e-mail to frivillig@copenhell.dk

Note: After June 1st, your signup as a volunteer will be binding. Should something change and you are prevented to attend the festival, please write an email to frivillig@copenhell.dk where you explain the situation.
