CrispyHot – Vietnamese Street Food

Enjoy two delicious Vietnamese street food dishes at CrispyHot – a Viet-Bowl with steaming hot rice, juicy and crispy fried meat and fresh vegetables with a delicately spicy flavor, or crispy Spring Rolls made from our own recipe with a mix of vegetables, tasty chicken, glass noodles and spices, served with homemade sweet and sour sauce.

Falafhell

Get a taste of the Middle East! Our homemade falafel is a tribute to the lively streets of Beirut. They're served in either pita bread or flatbread with homemade hummus, tahini dressing and greens.

The Devil’s Hot Pots

At The Devil’s Hot Pots, we offer meat-based and vegan stews made from scratch with high quality. In Udgaard, pork is on the menu in our Viking stew with pork loin and cocktail sausages in cream sauce and deep in the forest at Night of the Dead, we serve chili con carne. As a snack, we have spicy, warm pork rinds. For vegetarians and vegans, we offer our popular paprika stew or our delicious chili sin carne. The stews are served with rice. Stop by The Devil’s Hot Pots and get a hellishly good stew.

Bread & Bowls

At Bread & Bowls, we understand that when you're on your way to your favorite concerts you need food that gives you energy and tastes amazing! Our menu offers everything from juicy gourmet pita sandwiches to delicious Nordic-style bowls, filled with plenty of meat and five different homemade dressings to choose from. Whether you're into meat, vegetarian or vegan options, or need gluten-free or lactose-free alternatives, we'll give you a full belly and a happy soul!

(Anti-)Kristinedal Burger

At (Anti-)Kristinedal Burger, we serve big, juicy burgers and crispy fries. We started back in 1978 at Roskilde Dyrskue and have a small permanent burger bar at Studiestræde 37. But where we feel most at home is at COPENHELL! No one appreciates bacon cheeseburgers and hot chili sauce like the metal fans under the wolf's head! We love it every year!

Iranian Devilishness

Sink your fangs into Iran's national dish, satan sabzi – a herb-based stew with red kidney beans, sun-dried lime and turmeric, served with saffron rice, homemade yogurt-cucumber dressing and red onions. Or enjoy Vegetarian Pandemonium – the Iranian answer to ramen – with a sea of herbs, vegetables and legumes topped with liquid whey, caramelized garlic, roasted onions and mint oil. With these two delicious dishes, Sean Pakbaz, the man behind KUKU – Iranian Devilishness, has won several Danish and European Street Food championships. Additionally, he's a regular TV chef on Go’Morgen Danmark.

Reaper’s Stew

Chef Stine from Molbo serves Jutland-style stroganoff with slow-cooked young beef roast seared in paprika with mushrooms and onions, finished with cream – both served with mashed potatoes, pointed cabbage and lingonberries.

Oksen

Enjoy a slow-cooked roast beef sandwich with crispy lettuce, spicy homemade pesto and no fuss – a true COPENHELL classic!

Big Bad Wolf

Good old-fashioned fried pork with potatoes and parsley sauce. Also known as paradise on earth – or in this case, hell! One of our proudest national dishes, best enjoyed between concerts on the COPENHELL festival grounds.

Plant Beast

The Organic Boho is Denmark's first 100% plant-based and organic food concept – we draw inspiration from around the world for our dishes, and this year we've been inspired by both Asia and Denmark with our Graveyard Burger (crispy umami burger) and our Moshpit Bowl (crispy umami bowl). They've been developed in collaboration with Manna Food that uses exclusively local Danish ingredients, particularly legumes. Their products are also organic, gluten-free and free from any additives.

Pasa Power Pit

Italian favorites like Cabo, Bolo and Arra – all packed with southern power and served with speed and precision.

Chili Cave

Chili Cave delivers two sure winners at COPENHELL – powerful chili con or sin carne cooked with love and care. Our sin carne is topped with chili mayo and tortillas – and of course, it's vegetarian.

Burger Inferno

Come and enjoy our three signature burgers at this year's COPENHELL: The F*cking Burger, The Firestarter and The Faconator – and of course, our three different crispy side dishes: French fries, sweet potato fries and risotto balls. Our flavourful burgers are all made with Mushroom Patty from Perfect Season.

Pigs from Hell

We beat the Devil in a cooking contest and won his favorite recipe. Stop by Pigs from Hell and sink your teeth into the Dark Lord's own metal menu: Whole roasted suckling pig grilled in hell's flames, sinful scalloped potatoes and a demonic coleslaw salad.

Pork of God By Spiselauget

As tradition dictates, Pork of God is back at COPENHELL, celebrating Denmark's most precious cultural heritage: The roast pork sandwich! The pork is accompanied by a Danish potato bun, homemade secret sauce, pickled cucumbers from Samsø, crunchy butcher's candy and quickly pickled red cabbage with plenty of bite! As a side, you can get a serving of fries with mayo and ketchup – and of course, a high five!

Roadkill Grill

Roadkill Grill is the perfect pitstop for messy food with lots of flavor! Expect tempting and messy gourmet burgers, sink your fangs into beef burgers with melted cheddar and satisfy your cravings with our addictive Duck Fat Fries – hearty and crispy fries fried in duck fat! You can look forward to experiencing our passion for tasty food and American car culture.

Slice the Fuck Up

At Slice the Fuck Up, we serve our take on Roman al taglio, pizza, and sandwiches – all made with sourdough and homemade. We're six elementary school friends who took over and reopened Rosetta, which has existed since 1995, and which we revitalized in 2020. We all grew up in Østerbro and take pride in doing things for the local community, as we do with local collaborations, Halloween routes, Christmas tree lightings, market days, sales at the local stadium and much more.

Singh’s Indian Hell

Come and visit Singh’s Indian Hell at COPENHELL 2025! Taste our popular butter chicken, vegetarian samosas or mango lassi! Don't worry if you're vegetarian, vegan, or gluten/lactose intolerant – Singh’s has food for you too! We serve both full meals and snacks for the light hunger – and we're happy to spice it up extra if desired!

Gyros from Hades

Gyros in fluffy Greek pita bread, filled with spiced welfare pork, welfare chicken or halloumi cheese from Cyprus. Everything starts with the soft, fluffy pita, which is brushed with butter before being lightly toasted. The combination of grilled meat or halloumi wrapped in our soft pita bread defines the entire texture of Strangas Gyros. Here, the approach is more about what tastes amazing, especially here at COPENHELL, than what's considered traditional.

Vaffanculo Trattoria

Vaffanculo Trattoria is right where heaven meets hell. We serve, among other things, a creamy mushroom risotto with burrata and ’Vesterhav’ cheese and if you're metal enough, you can get crunchy crickets on top. Ask for a "HELL YES" to get edible crickets in your risotto or "HELL NO" to skip the insects. Or try our authentic pasta carbonara with cricket bacon to stimulate your taste buds along with your eardrums. New this year, we also serve crispy risotto balls. The portions are generous, the prices are fair and the taste will blow you away.

Tommi’s Burger Joint

Tommi's Burger Joint is an Icelandic burger chain that has been making juicy burgers and crispy fries in Iceland since 2004. In 2014, Tommi’s opened in Kødbyen in Copenhagen and is celebrating its 11th year this year. Tommi’s first appeared at COPENHELL in 2019 and has been a regular feature ever since with its classic burgers and top-notch heavy metal vibe. The burger is American-inspired and therefore greasy and messy in a good way with just the right grilled flavor. Along with thin, crispy fries and Tommi’s cocktail dip, you can't go wrong.

District Tonkin

Taste delicious Vietnamese street food at this summer's festival. At Tonkin, you can get juicy caramelized pork and aromatic curry dishes with chicken and vegetables, as well as snacks.

Great Balls of Fire
We're back at COPENHELL with our well-known and tasty sub: Crispy baguette, juicy meatballs, gratinated cheese and lightly spicy tomato sauce – yes, please! Stop by and taste our delicious Meatball Sub, which is also available in a vegetarian version with mushrooms. If you want extra spice, we recommend upgrading your sub with our homemade double-fermented chili sauce. Feeling snacky? We're also offering Timm’s sweet chili popcorn as a new addition.
